About Free Shipping / Extra Shipping Cost:

First, we aim to provide free shipping on as many products as possible.

 

1.)  All free shipping items will send default by Registered Mail Service like USPS (To USA delivery address will send by USPS, fast and safe), HongKong Post, Swiss Post and Singapore Post etc., we will update tracking number to buyer once ordered item send.

 

2.) If the item price is labeled “FREE SHIPPING” and your order does not exceed 2kg, it means that you do not need to pay the delivery cost.

 

3.) When you checkout of your shopping cart, delivery costs for all other items (the items which not eligible for free shipping) will be calculated based on the item weight and the delivery method you choose.

 

4.) For the free shipping items, if you can’t wait long time, but need them fast and urgent, and want to change by fast shipping way like express DHL, Fedex, UPS etc., please contact us, our staff  wil help you tol calculate the extra shipping cost if need you pay.

 

How long will it take before I receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order is dependent on 2 factors:

1. The delivery method you choose

2. The order fulfillment period.

Delivery Time:

If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay. In certain cases, e.g. the first time you try to drop-ship to a different address than your own, we have to complete a verification check with you before processing your order, which can add 1-3 days to the processing time.

 

Returns & Refund:

1. ) Full refund will be acceptable without any reason in 7 days from the day you receive our goods. But we don’t accept shipping cost refund. Buyers must pay for the return shipping and the goods must be in original condition for resale. Or, after confirmed the returned package, buyer can change other difference and value-equally products instead, buyer aslo need to bear correlative shipping cost for replacements.

 

2.) For these items which have quality problems caused by passive waste in warranty period(1 year, from the day you sign up the package), we have duty to maintain, repaired and offer some necessary technical supports to fix these problems. For these items need to repair, buyer bear the shipping cost for return, we take responsibility to repair them free and bear the shipping cost to ship them back. The same, new model exchanged are acceptable only this product passive waste problems occurs and cant be solve out or agree by both parties.

 

3.) We are pleased to source new items for our customer. Buyer should offer as many as possible details for the new items buyer need to source, including specification, package pictures, functions..., to insure that we get exact items buyer want. We also offer "Item 2" service. But "Item 1" is not available here, for we don’t accept refund for these new items.

 

4.) Extra accessories, package, OEM service and repaired fee by negative waste problems (such as deliver's poor handle, damages by bad weather...) will be charged based on two parties' negotiation.

 

 

5.) As for these damaged items (including accessories and packages) during transportation, we will ship them back in buyer's next order. We can ship them back alone according to buyer requirements, but buyer bear the shipping cost. If bulks item damaged occur, buyer also has duty to get us necessary documents (Damaged certification, pictures...), so, we can claim from corrective express company.

 

6.) We will consider you have agreed these terms above once you buy from us.

If you get any products quality dispute , please contact us ASAP. Any returns should inform us first. All our products come with 12 month warranty. This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund, according to above return terms.

You Should Know Relating to Deliveries:

1.) Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. For example, if you are in an NTSC video color region, don't order PAL products for your market. Check if your locality has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers. If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order left side passenger sun visor Car DVD Monitors!

 

2.) We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

 

3.) Tax: Before you read the small print: Importing is a breeze in most countries! You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. Sales Tax) and sometimes variable Import Duty when the items arrive, but in the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all!

 

4.) Legality: There are some (cool) types of gadgets including for example (but not limited to) rf signal jammers, spy products, high powered lasers, and quasi-medical products etc, that are not legal to import into certain countries. As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions. SPYTECH will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized. In addition SPYTECH is not responsible for informing you of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.
